All orders are shipped from Ukraine.
Delivery from Ukraine is carried out by two services, so UPS tracking will be available when the parcel arrives in your country.
We offer reliable shipping options through trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly:

  • UPS Delivery Service
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. To track your shipment:

  1. Check Your Email: Locate the email containing your tracking number. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam.
  2. Track Your Order:
    • UPS: Visit the UPS website, paste your tracking number into the tracking field on the home page, then click "Track."
    • FedEx: Go to the FedEx website, enter your tracking number in the tracking section, and click "Track."
    • DHL: Go to the DHL website, enter your tracking number in the tracking section, and click "Track."

If you haven’t received your tracking email or have trouble tracking your order, please contact our support team at info@luxkremen.com  Our support manager will assist you in locating your shipment.

Delivery Times

We focus on standard delivery times, but unfortunately, we cannot influence postal delays and guarantee exact delivery times.
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (USA)
  • Fast Shipping: 3-7 business days (USA)
  • Other countries : Varies by destination

Shipping Costs

USA:

  • Standard Shipping (UPS): 5-10 business days - $15
  • Fast Shipping (UPS): 3-7 business days - $25

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping (UPS): 10-14 business days - $15

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping (UPS): 10-12 business days - $15

European Union:

  • Standard Shipping (UPS): 10-12 business days - $20

New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping (UPS): 10-15 business days - $30

 

Taxes and Customs: Please be aware that orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees based on your country’s regulations. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
