Returns

We are extremely proud of our products and sincerely value our customers. Therefore, we made products from the highest quality material.

We check all details before shipping as our all products handcrafted by our professional craftsmen. But if it happens that your KremenLux product will spoil because of the manufacturer's defect, we will replace it free of charge.

We accept Returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
• The request for return must have been made within 14 days after receiving.
• Return of products is carried out at the expense of the sender. (excl. damaged parcels & with manufacturing defects).

We DO NOT accept Returns of personalized items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for unused belts that are in full condition. Belts with personalization are not eligible for exchange.

To exchange a product, you need to notify us by email at info@luxkremen.com and specify the reason for the exchange.

After requesting an exchange, we will send you a shipping label. After sending the product, you need to place a new order for the belt or accessory you need and we will send it as soon as possible. After receiving the exchange you sent, the funds for it will be returned to your account with a deduction for shipping to us. If the product arrives used, damaged or not in full condition, the deduction may be higher.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

• Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons beyond KremenLux control.
  

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.

Cancellation

*Cancellation of the order is possible only within 24 hours after purchase.
